Sorbets

Strawberries, Raspberries & Cointreau

Sorbets

Sorbets

This is a simple and healthy way to make homemade sorbets that you can use with different fruit such as berries, watermelon, and mango.

You can make the sorbets on the mini-muffin silicone trays or fill in phyllo mini-bowls that you can buy frozen and ready to use.

Note that the secret of a good sorbet is egg whites and sugar enough to make the mix dense, or the sorbets will become too hard when frozen.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of raspberries

1/2 cup of  Greek yogurt light

1 cup of sugar

3 egg whites

PREPARATION

Mix everything in the blender. Pour in the mini-muffin silicone tray or in the phyllo mini bowls.

Optional touch

Add drops of Cointreau into each filled cup.
Freeze and delight!

Yield: 24
