Bruschettas
Everybody loves scrumptious mouthwatering bruschettas. They are easy to make, but… they can be difficult to eat. Yes, because the pieces of tomatoes start falling as you bite the bread, especially if you are in a party, standing up and holding a glass with one hand, it can be disastrous!
This is a good BASE recipe to prepare easy bruschettas. It is fast to prepare, and the tomatoes will not fly away from the bread! You can be creative and add ingredients to your taste, such as olives or anchovies. You can also replace the basil with rosemary for a change.
INGREDIENTS
1 small baguette or focaccia
1 tomato
1 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Salt
Basil leaves
PREPARING BRUSCHETTAS
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Lay slices of bread on a baking sheet.
Mix everything else in a food processor.
Spread the mixture on the slices of bread.
Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes.
